Outi Ahola holds a Master’s degree in Education from Tampere University, with a specialisation in Lifelong Learning and Education. She works at the REAL Research Centre as an Administrative Coordinator. Outi's responsibilities focus on management support, general administration, organization, and communication of the research centre. Alongside administrative coordination, Outi’s key area of responsibility is the long-term planning and development of the research centre’s day-to-day operations.
