Bio
Mari Saha works as an Associate Professor in Early Childhood Education and vice-leader of the REAL Research Centre at the Faculty of Education and Culture at Tampere University.
She is the principal investigator in two projects: the HyMy project, which focuses on well-being at work and a culture of compassion in early childhood education, and the Vakaata Tukea project, which studies the reform of early childhood education support. Mari's research interests relate to the well-being of teaching and education staff, the management of well-being at work, a culture of compassion, and questions of demanding multidisciplinary support and early special education.
