Kateryna Zabolotna works as a project researcher and is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Education and Culture of Tampere University. She holds MA in Education (Tampere University, 2019) and BA in English Philology (Ukraine, 2015). Currently, Kateryna is working on the first article for her PhD dissertation where she studies how the concepts of collaboration and learning interactions skills appear in the discourse of the international 21-st century skills frameworks and in the discourse of the Finnish National Core Curriculum. In her dissertation she aims to find out how to assess learning interactions and how to adapt assessment of collaborative learning skills to classroom settings. Her research interests also include blended learning and digitization of education, teacher education, social and cognitive psychology.
